Comprehensive health fair in which a dozen FREE health screenings and services will be provided including – Medicare Part D review, comprehensive medication review, diabetes testing, cholesterol testing, blood pressure measurement, bone density testing, falls risk assessment, mental health screenings, anemia testing and more. In addition, we will be providing free blood pressure machines and diabetes monitors, test strips, and other testing equipment. Pre-registration required.
