389 undergraduates attained a 4.0 GPA last term

President Callahan congratulated 389 undergraduate students in a letter commemorating their achievement of a perfect grade-point average for fall term.

Dear Maria,

I want to extend my warmest congratulations to you on attaining a 4.0 GPA last term.  
Achieving a perfect grade-point average is no small feat, and I take immense pride in acknowledging this outstanding accomplishment. You have demonstrated diligence, a thirst for knowledge, resilience in the face of challenges and a commitment to excellence amidst the rigors of university life. 
I hope you take a moment to bask in the well-deserved pride of your accomplishment and remember that there are no limits to what you can achieve. Congratulations once again, and I wish you continued successes in your academic endeavors.
